🛡️ Commander Account – Service terms of use

These terms govern the activation and use of the premium digital service called Commander Account offered in the OGX (Old Galaxy Xperience) universe.

The Commander Account can now be activated exclusively via OGX Credits linked to your master account. The conditions for the purchase, use and refund of credits are described on the dedicated page: → Crédits OGX – Conditions d’achat, d’utilisation et de remboursement

Purpose

The Commander Account is an optional service that grants several in-game advantages (advanced building and research queues, additional slots, production bonuses, time reductions, etc.). It can be activated by any player who has:

• a valid OGX master account;
• a sufficient balance of OGX Credits.

Pricing and activation

• The Commander Account is no longer purchased directly in euros:

 it is paid exclusively in OGX Credits.

• The credit cost for a given duration (for example 30, 90, 180 days) is shown in the dedicated interface (Shop / Commander Account page).
• When you confirm activation or extension:
  • the corresponding credits are immediately deducted from your balance;
  • the purchased duration is added to the remaining time of your Commander Account (if any);
  • Commander Account effects are applied without delay to all your game accounts linked to this master account, on compatible servers.

Ordering process

• The player must be logged in to their OGX master account to access the Shop / Commander Account page.
• Before activation, the interface displays:
  • the selected duration (in days);
  • the corresponding cost in OGX Credits;
  • the current credit balance.
• Commander Account activation is effective as soon as the order is confirmed:
  • credits are deducted;
  • the VIP expiration date is updated;
  • the in-game bonuses are applied immediately.

Duration, renewal and scope

• The Commander Account is activated for a fixed duration (for example X days) chosen at the time of purchase.
• The subscription is not renewed automatically:
  • no recurring payments are made;
  • you decide yourself when to extend it via the Shop.
• If you activate an additional duration before the current one expires, it is added to the remaining time.
• The Commander Account is linked to the master account:
  • its effects apply to all linked game accounts, on all compatible OGX servers;
  • deactivation (when it expires) is global.

Billing and payment

• Real-money payment (euros, etc.) only applies to the purchase of OGX Credits via a secure third-party payment provider (for example PayPal).
• Commander Account activation uses only the OGX Credits already present on your master account.
• Any invoice or receipt therefore relates to the purchase of credits and not to each individual in-game activation of the Commander Account.

Personal data

• OGX does not store your banking data: it is processed by the payment provider.
• Data related to the purchase and use of credits (IP address, date, email, username, amount, etc.) may be stored as evidence, for customer support, or to comply with legal obligations.
• OGX complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Right of withdrawal

• Activating the Commander Account is a digital content or service that is consumed immediately upon validation.
• Therefore, and in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code:
  • the right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has been activated using your OGX Credits.
• By confirming activation, you accept immediate provision of the service and waive your right of withdrawal for this operation.

Sanctions, bans and impact on the Commander Account

• In case of violation of the game rules (cheating, abusive multi-accounting, bug exploitation, harassment, etc.), OGX reserves the right to:
  • suspend or permanently ban one or more game accounts;
  • remove or deactivate advantages linked to the Commander Account.
• In case of a justified ban, no refund of used OGX Credits or remaining Commander Account time can be claimed.
• Compensation may be granted, at OGX’s sole discretion, only in the event of a clear mistake from the team.

Liability

• OGX undertakes, within reasonable limits, to maintain access to the game and to the Commander Account features during the activation period.
• OGX cannot be held liable for:
  • interruptions due to maintenance, updates or technical interventions;
  • network issues beyond its control (ISPs, hosting providers, etc.);
  • force majeure events (major outage, natural disaster, etc.).
• The service is provided as is, without any guarantee of continuous performance or uninterrupted availability.

Changes to these terms

• OGX reserves the right to change at any time:
  • the in-game effects of the Commander Account (bonuses, queues, etc.);
  • the conditions of use described on this page.
• Users will be informed in-game, via the official website or through the wiki.
• Any new activation or extension of the Commander Account after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

• These conditions are governed by French law.
• In case of dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent courts will be those of the publisher’s place of residence, unless mandatory legal provisions require otherwise.

Acceptance

• Activating the Commander Account (and using OGX Credits for that purpose) implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms of use.
• Using the OGX game also implies acceptance of the other contractual documents: CGU and Politique de gestion des données.
