OGX Credits – Terms of purchase, use and refund

OGX Credits are a virtual currency linked to your master account on the OGX portal. They are mainly used to pay for the Commander Account (VIP) and, in the future, other comfort or cosmetic services. This page describes the rules for purchasing, using and refunding OGX Credits.

1. Definition of OGX Credits

OGX Credits are an internal virtual currency used within the OGX universe.

They are:

  • linked to your master account on the portal;
  • shared between all your game accounts on all OGX servers.

OGX Credits:

  • are not real-world money;
  • cannot be converted back into real-world money;
  • cannot be sent, gifted or resold to another player.

Credits may come from:

  • a purchase via PayPal or any other payment method offered on the portal;
  • a gift (event reward, compensation, support gesture);
  • a promotional bonus granted by OGX.

2. Purchasing OGX Credits

2.1. Purchase process

  • Credits are purchased from the OGX portal, on the Shop / Wallet page.
  • Payment is handled by a third-party provider (for example PayPal) and is tied to your master account.
  • A minimum purchase amount may apply (for example 2 €); the current minimum is shown on the purchase page.
  • Once the payment is validated, credits are usually added to your balance immediately.

2.2. Price and conversion rate

  • The current price per credit is displayed on the purchase page (for example “≈ X € / credit”).
  • OGX may change at any time:
 * the price per credit,
 * promotional offers,
 * the available packs,
 without retroactive effect on purchases already completed.

2.3. Security and fraud

Any suspicious transaction (for example PayPal chargeback, stolen card, repeated payment disputes) may result in:

  • temporary suspension of the account,
  • removal of the credits concerned,
  • and, as a last resort, permanent closure of the master account and related game accounts.

OGX may request additional information (for example identity confirmation) in case of doubt about a transaction.

3. Using OGX Credits

3.1. Scope of use

Currently, OGX Credits can mainly be used to:

  • pay for or extend the Commander Account (VIP) for a chosen duration.

In the future, they may also be used for other comfort or cosmetic services (account rename, visual customizations, etc.), without changing the non–pay-to-win philosophy of the game.

3.2. Deduction of credits

  • When a purchase is confirmed (for example X days of Commander), the corresponding number of credits is immediately deducted from your balance.
  • Once the transaction is validated:
 * the VIP duration is added to your master account,
 * the deducted credits are considered used and cannot be automatically restored.

3.3. No transfer between players

OGX Credits are strictly personal and remain attached to your master account.

It is not possible to:

  • transfer credits to another player,
  • sell or trade them,
  • use them as an in-game currency between different accounts.

4. Duration, expiration and history

  • By default, OGX Credits do not have an expiration date as long as your master account remains active and is not deleted.
  • In case of voluntary account deletion or extremely long inactivity, OGX may decide, after a long period, to clean up dormant accounts and associated credits.
  • A minimal transaction history may be kept (credit purchases, VIP activations, compensations, etc.) in order to:
 * ensure account tracking,
 * resolve support requests,
 * and handle fraud or abuse investigations.

5. Refunds and cancellations

  • In principle, purchases of OGX Credits are considered final once the payment has been successfully processed and the credits have been delivered to your account.
  • Credits that have already been spent (for example to activate VIP time) cannot be refunded.
  • In exceptional cases (technical error, double payment, proven billing issue), you may contact support.
 Each situation will be reviewed individually, and OGX may:
 * grant a partial or full refund,
 * restore credits,
 * or offer compensations, at its sole discretion.

Chargebacks requested directly from the payment provider without contacting support first may be treated as fraud (see section 6).

6. Fraud, abuse and sanctions

In case of:

  • abusive chargeback,
  • use of stolen or unauthorized payment methods,
  • exploitation of bugs or vulnerabilities to generate credits,

OGX reserves the right to:

  • remove the illegitimately obtained credits,
  • cancel services activated with those credits (for example VIP time),
  • temporarily suspend or permanently ban the master account and associated game accounts.

OGX also reserves the right to update these rules at any time. The version displayed on the portal is considered the current reference.
