OGX Game Rules

Welcome to OGX – Old Galaxy Xperience. These rules are designed to ensure a balanced, fair and enjoyable game experience for all players.

By registering and playing OGX, you agree to respect the following rules.

1. General rules

• Every player agrees to respect other players and the administration team.
• Insults, hateful, racist, homophobic, sexist or violent content are strictly forbidden.
• Fair play is mandatory. Abuse of bugs or game mechanics will be sanctioned.
• Any attempt to disrupt the game or cheat may result in immediate sanctions.

2. Multi-accounts

• It is forbidden to play multiple accounts on the same server.
• Only one account per player is allowed per server.
• Multi-accounts are detected automatically and may lead to bans without prior warning.
• Connections from a shared network (siblings, roommates, etc.) must be reported to the administration.

3. Push / Pushing

Pushing is forbidden.

> It is forbidden for a lower-ranked player to deliberately transfer resources to a higher-ranked player without an equivalent compensation.

The following are considered pushing:

• Sending “gift” resources to a stronger player.
• Creating an account for the sole purpose of sending resources to another one.
• Deliberately losing fleets so that player A can farm the debris.

4. Bash / Bashing

Bashing is regulated to avoid harassment of players.

• You may not attack the same planet more than 6 times within 24 hours.
• You may not launch more than 10 missile attacks against the same player within 24 hours.
• ACS (group fleet) attacks count for each participant.
• Bashing does not apply if an enemy fleet is stationed on the target or if battles are taking place on moons.

5. Bots / Scripts / AI

• The use of bots, scripts, macros or third-party programs to automate actions is strictly forbidden.
• The game must be played manually, through a standard web browser.
• AI-controlled accounts in OGX are managed exclusively by the administration.

6. Votes and rewards

• You can earn Dark Matter by voting on partner sites.
• It is forbidden to cheat with votes (IP switching, VPN abuse, etc.).
• Any abuse or attempted fraud may result in a reset of rewards and sanctions on the account.

7. Advertising and spam

• It is forbidden to advertise other games or servers on OGX.
• Spam in private messages, rankings or alliance descriptions is forbidden.
• Links to suspicious, illegal or dangerous websites are not allowed.

8. Exploits and bugs

• Any exploit or bug discovered must be reported to the administration immediately.
• Intentional abuse of a bug may result in a permanent ban, even if the player does not seem to gain a direct benefit.

9. Sanctions

Sanctions may include:

• Warnings
• Temporary account suspension
• Removal of illicit gains
• Permanent account ban

The OGX team reserves the right to sanction any harmful behaviour even if it is not explicitly listed in these rules.

10. Respecting the OGX team

• The team is here to ensure the proper functioning of the game.
• Insults, threats or aggressive behaviour towards moderators, administrators or developers are strictly forbidden.

These rules may be updated at any time. Players will be notified via a changelog or an in-game notification.
